Coffee Connectors is an initiative that helps ambitious first-generation college students and commercial real estate first-timers (Connectees) to overcome gaps in their career networks. Connectees learn the protocols and unwritten rules of building a network, including how to present their professional profiles, write an email introduction, and prepare themselves for a live meeting with a real estate industry veteran (Connector).
Launching commercial real estate careers with Opportunity Internships.
The Opportunity Internship is a chance for first-gen college students to work in a commercial real estate firm for several summer weeks. It’s an opportunity to be immersed in daily business practices and industry language, learn about different aspects of the real estate business, and gain insight into potential career pathways. The Opportunity Internship can make the difference in launching a graduate into a flourishing career.
